Chelating agent GA GLDA-NA Chinese name Tetrasodium Glutamate diacetate, molecular formula: C9H9NO8Na4, also known as dicarboxymethyl tetrasodium glutamate, CAS No: 51981-21-6. GA is a new type of green degradable chelating agent, which is used to replace traditional phosphonates, EDTA, and NTA. The product has a wide pH range, high solubility, high temperature resistance, strong decontamination power, no ecotoxicity, synergistic effect with bactericides, and is non-irritating to the skin and eyes. GA complies with the list of raw materials (ingredients) of food-safe detergents for food use.
1. High solubility at wide PH GA has good solubility in strong acid to high alkali systems, and has better advantages for formulating formulation systems with high active ingredients and low water content. For example, under the high alkali system in industrial cleaning, both the acid cleaning system and the highly concentrated system have very good solubility.
2. Good high temperature stability Through thermogravimetric analysis, GA is tested at 170°C for 6 hours or tested at 150°C for a week, GA has no decomposition, extremely stable, and performs best in the 100°C test compared with other chelating agent products.
